ENURESIS




Children up to 5 years old still wet the bed constantly, it's Enuresis type 1 (about 15-20%). Children 5-12 years old, healed at 6 months, then was back, that’s Enuresis type 2 (range 3-8%). A few babies have grown, even in teens still wet the bed.

If the father or mother have an enuresis in your childhood, the child also has 40% risk of this disease. If both parents have an enuresis, the risk of up to 70-75%.

The elderly is also inevitable diseases like: land strip, urination many times.... Approximately 15-30% of elderly suffer from this disease. Although the amount of urine in the bladder is small but the patient still needs frequent urination, not hold it. The patient must urinate an average 1-2 hours once, sometimes only 15-20 minutes. Total urine output did not increase much during the day than when healthy.





There are four underlying causes of disease:
      - The bladder is weak, unstable, causing gradual loss of hypotonic, urine output that can be stored is decreasings.
      - an enlarged prostate, stones or cancer  of bladder, sometimes by fire uterus or bladder.
      - Bladder with neurological disorders.
      - The bladder and urethra contractions were not adequately.
      Some other causes can also cause a state such as Parkinson, Alzheimer, occlusion by chronic inflammation or urethral surgery, diabetes, sequelae of previous surgery in the pelvic area.

Martial Arts Commission (MAC), Ken Shin Kai Aikido Association (KSKAA), British Aikido Board (BAB), National Association for Karate and Martial Arts Schools (NAKMAS), Bushinkan Martial Arts Association (BMAA).

The Arun Aikido Club, under Tony's direction has had 500+ students and conducted over 50 grading seminars. He has arranged dozens of lectures, courses, demonstrations and workshops for the community.
In 2010 Tony passed an intensive instructor training course in self defence and pressure point fighting under master Russell Stutely. In 2011 he became an SIA authorised door supervisor and security guard.
Tony offers unique classes, seminars, and private lessons. These include training in traditional aikido, aiki principles, aiki warrior training camps, self defence, pressure points, power development, and much more!
